Galvanized Steel Coils, Sheets & Strips (GI)

Galvanized plate refers to steel plate coated with a protective zinc layer to arrest electrolytic corrosion. Manufactured via continuous hot-dip zinc lines, giving high mechanical resilience, sacrificial galvanic protection, and long operational lifespan in dry and humid desert environments.

Spangle Options: Zero-Spangle, Regular Spangle, Minimized Spangle

Zinc Coating Mass: 40g/m² up to 275g/m² (Z40 to Z275) / G30 to G90

Standards: ASTM A653, EN 10346 DX51D+Z, JIS G3302 SGCC, SASO

Substrates coated with high-durability polymer layers (Polyester, SMP, PVDF, HDP). Delivers superior UV resistance, high heat reflection, and anti-corrosion barrier protection across Saudi Arabia's arid solar environment.

Standard PPGI / PPGL Coils

Base metal hot-dip zinc or 55% Al-Zn alloy with baked-on primer (5µm) and top coat (15-25µm). Available across standard RAL colors (RAL 9002 Grey White, RAL 5012 Light Blue, RAL 9006 White Aluminium, RAL 3000 Red).

Part 6: Electrical & Power Metallurgy

Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented Silicon Steel (CRNGO)

Silicon alloy steel with silicon content of 1.0% ~ 4.5% and low carbon (< 0.08%). Engineered with high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and high resistivity to minimize hysteresis loss and eddy current losses in electrical equipment.
